Here is where you can shine

• You work in the early and late shifts at the reception (in exceptional cases, also in the night shift).
• You ensure the best possible guest care within your department, taking special guests into account.
• You train new apprentices and interns and are the first point of contact during the induction period.
• You actively support all processes at the reception and undertake general Front Office tasks using the Protel program.
• You receive complaints and damage cases and are responsible for their confidential handling.
• You are co-responsible for compliance with credit policies.
• You inspire our guests with the house products and actively offer them.
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

What distinguishes you

• Completed training as a Hotelfachfrau/-mann and/or relevant professional experience
• A competent and warm appearance
• A positive aura and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
• High level of initiative and sales talent
• Communication and teamwork skills
• A sincere orientation towards guests and service
• Good English skills
