Real Estate Sales Promoter

At AR Construcciones, we are looking for a Sales Promoter to support the commercialization of our real estate projects and contribute to the achievement of commercial goals. We require a technician in administrative, commercial, marketing, or related areas, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the sale of housing and real estate projects, preferably in Rentas Cortas and family housing, as well as experience in the commercialization of family housing projects, Senior Living, and hotel housing. We are looking for people with commercial skills, achievement orientation, and the ability to accompany the client throughout the entire sales process. Proficiency in Office tools is required.

We offer a salary of $2,307,395 plus commissions and surcharges. Schedule from Sunday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a compensatory day during the week and one weekend off per month. Vacancy for Bogotá.

Important: only candidates with experience in housing sales, preferably in Rentas Cortas and family housing, as well as in Senior Living and hotel housing projects, will be considered.
