Lawyer

Job Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.

Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documents.

Advise clients on legal, regulatory, contractual and corporate matters.

Support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Conduct legal research and provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.

Identify, assess and manage legal and regulatory risks across the business.

Assist with corporate compliance policies, internal procedures and legal documentation.

Provide legal guidance on operational, compliance and regulatory matters across multiple markets.

Work closely with management, internal stakeholders and external advisers on various legal matters.

Requirements: LL.B. or equivalent qualification or higher, qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore, with an active Practicing Certificate.

Minimum 1 year PQE, with relevant experience in corporate and commercial law.

Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.

Good understanding of Singapore corporate, commercial and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical, legal research and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively.

Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to provide practical legal solutions.
