Head of International Partnerships

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions worldwide.

Identify and develop opportunities in undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and continuing education programmes.

Research international education systems, qualification recognition, and education policies across key markets.

Build and manage a database of university partners and drive partnership agreements, programme development, and student recruitment channels.

Develop business strategies for international higher education partnerships and support the commercialisation of education programmes.

Lead partnership negotiations and oversee the implementation of collaborative education projects.

Requirements At least 8 years of relevant experience in higher education, international university partnerships, student recruitment, or a related field.

Strong understanding of higher education systems in Singapore, Malaysia, and major English-speaking countries.

Proven experience in university partnerships, international admissions, or continuing education programmes.

Strong business development, negotiation, and project management skills.

Ability to work across cultures and manage international stakeholder relationships independently.
