Lead and supervise the workshop team of technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient daily operations.

Distribute repair jobs among technicians according to their skills, workload, and job priority.

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems and provide technical support to technicians when required.

Review and verify repair orders to ensure that all required repair and maintenance work is properly completed.

Monitor the progress of repair jobs and ensure vehicles are completed within the promised delivery time.

Inspect completed repairs to ensure work quality and compliance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures.

Perform final technical checks and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery after completing the required repairs.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering holder .

8+ years of proven experience in automotive workshop or Authorized Dealer .

Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing German vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Group) is a MUST .

Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide technicians effectively .

Capable of running daily workshop operations with confidence and reliability .

Proficient in using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment .

Professional attitude, strong commitment, and presentable appearance are essential .

Good command of English .

Good computer skills .
