Part Time Art Workshop Assistant
We’re looking for a friendly, creative and energetic Part-Time Workshop Facilitator to join the team at A Painted Sip, Singapore’s curated tumbler painting studio.
You’ll be helping guests turn their everyday tumblers into personalised statement pieces while creating a fun, welcoming and memorable workshop experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and guide guests through our tumbler painting workshops
- Demonstrate painting techniques and assist guests throughout the session
- Prepare and set up workshop materials, paints and workstations
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Keep the studio clean, organised and ready for the next session
- Assist with packing, cleaning and general studio operations
- Help create a fun and engaging atmosphere for workshops, including kids’ parties and corporate events
- Follow A Painted Sip’s workshop procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable interacting with people
- Creative and enjoys art, crafts or hands-on activities
- Patient and able to guide both adults and children
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Good communication skills
- No formal art experience required — training will be provided
- Prior experience in customer service, events, workshops or retail is a plus
Working Hours
- Part-time / flexible shifts
- Mainly weekends, evenings and peak periods
- Suitable for students or individuals looking for flexible work
