Production Supervisor @ Tuas

Authorities and Responsibilities

To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.

Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities

Plan manpower resources and delegate machining job to machinist

Verify program issue to workshop

Analyze and provide solution to solve problems between programmer and production dept.

Analyze monthly machining and scrap report

Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 ‘S’ housekeeping

Good writing and communicating skill

Good in mechanical process, such as machining process, H/T, jig and fixture etc.

Competence Requirements

Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.

PC literate

Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.
