Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as an attorney.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in drafting licensing agreements and negotiating them.
- Native-level English, including the ability to draft complex agreements and conduct negotiations in English.
- Proven experience in handling complex commercial and technological contracts with international customers.
- Experience in a large, leading law firm, with preference for those from high-tech or international departments.
- Experience in the legal department of a multinational high-tech company - an advantage.
- Experience working with companies in the Semiconductors field - an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with interfaces in Israel and abroad.
