Lawyer for a Legal Operational Role in a Financial Company

Nature of the Role:

The role combines broad legal operational responsibility and support for the legal and financial teams, including:

• Legal production of transactions and monitoring their completion process
• Issuing guarantees to insurance companies
• Checking compliance with agreements, verifying the validity of signatures and securities
• Coordination and ongoing interaction with external legal advisors, insurers, and financiers
• Operational support for the CFO: transferring materials, tracking items, handling follow-ups after meetings.

Job Requirements:

A lawyer with one to three years of experience after internship who is interested in a role that is not strictly legal.

• Familiarity with the banking/finance/funding field – a significant advantage – experience in the real estate field
• Familiarity with legal documents, guarantees, and legal back-office activity
• Ability for commercial understanding and attention to detail
• High level of English
• Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and working with multiple interfaces
• Precision, responsibility, order, and the ability to work independently
