MEP Inspector

Conduct daily onsite inspections of MEP installations to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications Witness testing and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, electrical) Ensure works meet Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority standards Review and comment on contractor method statements, ITPs, and inspection requests Maintain detailed inspection records, snag lists, and non-conformance reports Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues Support close-out documentation and handover processes 10+ years of relevant experience, including significant time as an MEP Inspector with a consulting engineering firm in the UAE Proven track record on large-scale projects (high-rise, mixed-use, villa communities, or commercial developments) Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications Familiarity with project management/documentation tools (e.g., Aconex)
