Pipeline Engineer

Your tasks

We are looking for experienced Instrumentation, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join our Engineering & Construction team in the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for engineering, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and site execution activities for oil & gas and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: • Perform engineering, construction, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning activities related to Instrumentation, Mechanical and Electrical works. • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, P&IDs, SLDs and other technical documents. • Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and schedules. • Coordinate with civil, piping, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, construction and commissioning teams. • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients as required. • Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. • Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. • Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, HSE procedures and applicable standards. • Prepare and review inspection requests, technical reports and project documentation. • Support pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas or industrial projects. • Strong technical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline. • Experience in site execution, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents. • Good knowledge of project quality requirements, HSE standards and construction practices. • UAE/GCC experience is preferred. • ADNOC or other Oil & Gas project experience will be an advantage. • Strong communication, coordination, technical and problem-solving skills.
