Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and supervise the complete execution of 13.8 kV substation projects from mobilization to final handover.
Ensure compliance with SEC standards, specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements.
Supervise installation and commissioning of switchgear, transformers, protection and control systems, SCADA, communication systems, battery chargers, DC systems, grounding systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Coordinate and monitor civil works including foundations, cable trenches, duct banks, control buildings, equipment foundations, roads, drainage systems, and boundary walls.
Review and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
Liaise with SEC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare progress reports, technical correspondence and Change requests.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical substation projects, including SEC projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, approval procedures, and construction requirements.
Experience in protection systems, SCADA, control systems, testing, and commissioning activities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
Availability within Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
