Offshore Field Engineer

We are seeking an organized, experienced, and results-driven Offshore Engineer/Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating offshore construction activities, managing project resources, supervising contractors, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within the approved budget.

• Proven experience in offshore construction, engineering, or project management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project controls, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding offshore environments and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
