Customer Service Representative/ Bank Teller (Leading Bank Branch)

Location: Islandwide, all near MRT, such as Parkway, Bedok, Woodlands, Yishun, Kovan and Punggol Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable/convertible, subject to performance and headcount) Salary Range: $2,700 to $4,000 per month Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, plus half-day Saturday), approximately 40 hours per week Shifts between 8.30am and 6pm, depending on branch Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays Vacancies: 6 headcount Benefits: Entitled with 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalisation Leave, insurance coverage, and completion/performance bonuses. About the Role A leading bank in Singapore is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Bank Tellers for its neighbourhood branches. You'll be the friendly face customers see when they walk in: you'll handle their banking transactions, answer their questions, and help them get comfortable with digital banking. You can choose a branch close to your home. It's a great chance to start or grow a career in banking. Key Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers and give them a warm, professional service experience.

Handle over-the-counter transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, quickly and accurately.

Assist with customer enquiries and make sure the bank's service standards are met.

Guide customers to alternative banking channels such as ATMs, self-service machines and mobile banking where suitable.

Introduce customers to the bank's products and services, and keep up to date with the latest products and processes.

Drive service excellence by managing customer wait times, resolving issues and handling feedback.

Escalate issues to management promptly when needed.

Follow all regulatory requirements and join daily service huddles with the branch team.

Requirements Customer service, retail, F&B or cash-handling experience is preferred (Banking experience will be having a high advantegeous)

Friendly and patient, with a strong service mindset

Accurate and detail-oriented when handling cash and transactions

Able to work on Saturdays (half day)
