About the Role

A leading bank in Singapore is hiring two Client Service Executives for its premium wealth banking centre in Siglap. You'll be the first person wealth clients meet when they walk in. You'll welcome them, take care of their banking needs, and help them become confident with digital banking. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in giving great service, and would like to build a career in premium banking, this role is for you. It also offers a pathway to renewal or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients as the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Provide one-stop banking services, both cash and non-cash, including account opening and servicing, application processing, card-related requests and digital banking support.
• Help clients get comfortable with digital banking channels.
• Deliver excellent service by managing wait times, resolving issues promptly, handling feedback and keeping error rates low.
• Work with team members and partner teams to resolve client issues quickly.
• Build strong client relationships and give every client a smooth, personalised experience.
• Provide relief support at other wealth banking centres (Marina Bay and Orchard) when required.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in banking, retail, hospitality or a similar front-line role is preferred
• Fresh graduates with a strong service mindset are welcome to apply
• Professional presentation with a warm and confident personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile apps, and able to guide clients through them
• Detail-oriented and able to handle transactions accurately
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day)
