Your tasks:

• Shipment tracking and communication with our customers
• Processing customer and supplier inquiries regarding the shipment status of European transports
• Consultations with our freight forwarding partners and transport companies
• KPI recording, complaint processing, and support in loading equipment management

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with experience in transport logistics
• Knowledge in handling IT and Office programs (outlook, excel)
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Motivation & reliability
• Team spirit & flexibility
• Willingness to learn & openness to new things
