QA- Technician

Stop Problems at the Source:  Proactively analyze materials and processes to prevent recurring issues and protect our standards.

Track with Precision:  Accurately record, monitor, and report on production quality and scrap rates.

Uphold Our Standards:  Maintain vital documentation, specifications, and procedures to ensure consistent and smooth operations.

Fuel Continuous Improvement:  Support new projects and audits by gathering precise samples and data.

Mentor and Guide:  Train new team members on quality best practices and uphold our shared commitment to excellence.

Who You Are: You have experience in a manufacturing environment, or a strong, genuine curiosity about how things are made.

You are a natural problem-solver who connects the dots to find root causes and solutions.

You are hands-on, communicate clearly, and remain dependable under pressure.

You hold yourself and your work to a high standard, taking pride in the quality of every product.

Your Work Schedule: Shift:  Day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM).

Flexibility:  Choose a 5-day or 6-day workweek arrangement.

Support:  Free shuttle bus services are provided from Choa Chu Kang and Joo Koon MRT stations.

Team Player:  Willingness to cover occasional night shifts based on production needs.

What We Offer You: Competitive Compensation:  A basic salary of $2,500 – $2,600, plus a daily shift allowance.

Strong Earning Potential:  Monthly earnings can reach $3,500 and above with overtime opportunities.
