[No Experience] Shipping Coordinator - Changi

This is a 1 year renewable contract subject to conversion to permanent position @Changi North Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Job Scope: Processing incoming customer orders from email and our business systems. Accurately updating shipment and inventory data. Preparing instructions for the warehouse team and coordinating daily tasks. Scheduling deliveries and creating essential shipping documents. Performing final checks to ensure accuracy and prevent delays. Communicating clearly with customers, delivery partners, and your colleagues. Keeping organized and compliant records for all transactions. Hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, or order coordination. Practical familiarity with business or warehouse management systems. Salary range between $2300 and $2500 Training will be provided.
