Responsibilities
- Operate machinery or equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shifts to meet production targets
- Adapt to rotating day and night shifts as scheduled to maintain continuous operations
- Follow scheduled break times, including a 30-minute meal break and two 15-minute refreshment breaks, to maintain productivity and compliance
- Record and report overtime hours worked to ensure accurate compensation
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth shift handovers and operational continuity
Other Information
Working Hours and Shifts
- Work 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM (night shift) or corresponding day shifts
- Rotating shifts between day and night; notify if unable to rotate
- Breaks include 30 minutes for meals, two 15-minute refreshment breaks, and 1 hour rest
- Tea break time is counted as overtime
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary: SGD 1,800 per month
- Monthly salary with no overtime: SGD 2,100 (including allowances)
- Overtime pay: SGD 15 per day for day shift, SGD 25 per day for night shift
- Bonus: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) plus 1 to 2 months’ bonus
- Annual leave: 11 days
- Overtime pay increases monthly salary to SGD 2,750–3,400 depending on shift and overtime frequency
