Your tasks
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service in accordance with Japanese hospitality standards.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain dining area cleanliness, table settings, and overall service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of F&B experience preferred; fresh candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
