JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide tailored skincare and haircare consultations, recommending solutions based on customer needs.
- Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars
- Demonstrate products and techniques that boost customer confidence
- Hit sales targets as part of a supportive, driven team
- Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
- Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
- Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches – ensuring engaging customer experiences.
- Keep the counter looking sharp, stocked, and on-brand
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed and take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar retail/beauty role
- A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and the science behind it
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team player who can also work independently
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
