CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to completion.

Manage daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to project schedules.

Supervise site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project progress, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities on project matters.

Prepare project reports, work schedules and progress updates.

Control project costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions when required.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and company policies.

Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements: Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
