ABOUT THE ROLE

A Blue Cube Design (ABCD) is looking for experienced Senior Interior Design Consultants with at least 3 years of residential interior design experience to join our growing team.
We specialise in residential and landed projects across Singapore , including HDBs, condominiums, landed homes and conservation houses.

With commission starting from 60%, qualified leads provided monthly and commission payout within one week after project handover , we provide experienced designers with a platform to grow their income while taking on diverse residential projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Interior Design Consultant, you will independently manage your clients and projects from initial consultation through to project completion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meet and consult homeowners to understand their renovation requirements, lifestyle needs, design preferences and budget
- Develop design concepts, space planning and material recommendations
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and design solutions to clients
- Manage residential renovation projects from initial consultation to completion and handover
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, workmanship and timelines
- Proactively resolve project-related matters and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the renovation journey
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, timelines and expectations
- Work towards individual sales and project performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of residential interior design / renovation experience
- Proven experience managing residential renovation projects independently
- Experience in HDB and condominium projects ; experience in landed residential projects will be an advantage
- Strong client consultation, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of renovation processes, materials, costing and project coordination
- Able to manage a project independently from initial consultation through to handover
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive and self-motivated
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Passionate about interior design and delivering a positive homeowner experience
