Production Operative – Bagging Avonmouth, Bristol £14.00 per hour (temporary) | £32,000 per year once permanent 4 days on / 4 days off | 05:30–18:00 Immediate start | Temp to Perm Own transport essential A&G Resourcing are looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy production team at a site in Avonmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment who is looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position. Overtime opportunities may also be available. The Role Working as part of the production team, your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring bagging and production machinery. Moving and preparing materials for production. Monitoring equipment and reporting any faults or issues. Carrying out basic problem-solving where trained to do so. Working closely with production and maintenance teams. Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Completing production records and shift handovers. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Supporting the team to meet production and quality targets. Operating a forklift, if trained and authorised.

About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar hands-on role. Is comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment. Has good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Is reliable, flexible and happy working a 4-on/4-off shift pattern. Is willing to learn and undertake any necessary training. Has their own transport, which is essential due to the location and shift times. FLT experience or a valid forklift licence would be an advantage, but is not essential. What's on Offer? £14.00 per hour during the temporary period. £32,000 annual salary once permanent.
