Position Your challenge:

As a true conductor of your projects, you will manage their execution from A to Z, from planning to delivery, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

At the heart of the teams, you will coordinate stakeholders, anticipate risks, and ensure fluid communication to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.

Your missions:

Manage projects end-to-end

Plan and structure projects (milestones, deliverables, resources) Monitor progress, budgets, deadlines, and quality Ensure compliance with defined objectives and project standards Contribute to the standardization of practices and the continuous improvement of operational processes Contribute to change management actions

Ensure monitoring and reporting

Design structured and impactful PowerPoint presentation materials to facilitate management, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making Ensure regular communication with stakeholders (sponsor, management, clients) Produce and distribute project management deliverable tracking: dashboards, matrices, progress reports, meeting minutes

Coordinate teams and stakeholders

Mobilize and coordinate internal and external resources Lead project committees and ensure stakeholder alignment Unite the project team around common objectives

Manage risks and unforeseen events

Identify, analyze, and anticipate project risks (technical, human, organizational, financial) Identify and scope additional client requests Implement corrective and preventive action plans Escalate alerts to the appropriate stakeholders

Profile Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, project management, business, or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience in client-facing project management Proven experience in production / delivery projects, with simultaneous management of multiple projects (portfolio) Ideally experience in an ESN or a consulting firm Track record in managing high-pressure projects: deadline/budget drift, production contingencies, scoping out-of-scope requests Good mastery of project methodologies (V-model, Agile such as Scrum/Kanban). Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Wrike, Monday, Asana.). Good mastery of office tools (advanced Excel, structured PowerPoint).
