Your Missions:

As a true technical referent, you will design, evolve, and modernize web applications, while guiding the team toward development best practices.
In this context, your missions will be as follows:
Development and continuous improvement: Design, develop, and maintain web applications at the heart of APLUSA's activities. Contribute to the implementation of new high-value-added features, in collaboration with internal users and the technical architect. Contribute to the performance, stability, and scalability of the application. Contribute to code quality and security, defining and monitoring the application of best practices.
Integration and infrastructure: Participate in technical development and application documentation (front, back, APIs, database). Maintain the complete web application (front-end, back-end, API, database). Participate in the implementation of a modern development culture: tests, CI/CD, versioning, code review.
Innovation & Collaboration: Be ready to upskill on modern tools on the front and back ends. Work in collaboration with Data and AI experts to integrate AI components into internal tools. Profile
Your profile and skills: Languages & frameworks: Python + Flask framework JavaScript (mastery of the pure language + knowledge of a modern framework desired: React, Vue or equivalent) MongoDB Query Language HTML, Jinja, Bootstrap
Tools & environment: Management of complete web applications (Front / Back / API / Database) Webpack Docker Cloud Services (Azure or equivalent) and Linux for administration, deployment, and optimization MongoDB database CI/CD (GitHub, Cloud tools) Project tracking (Jira, Wrike, .) Documentation, unit and functional tests

Education and experience: Master's degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent (ideally Bac+5). 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack web development, ideally with significant experience in back end. Experience in a technological transformation context (cloud migration, CI/CD implementation, application redesign) is a real plus.
