About the company

We are an Accounting Firm with over 5 years of experience in Mississauga looking for a part-time going full time Junior accountant/Tax Preparer for opportunities.

Your tasks

The employee will work closely with the accounting staff and clients on bookkeeping, compilations, corporate and personal tax returns, HST, WSIB, Payroll, and small business advisory services in the office. The ideal individual would have a college diploma or university degree. The candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. The suitable candidate would be proficient with QB (desktop and online), ProFile, and MS office.

The responsibilities would include;

-Reconciling Bank and Credit card accounts; -Government Remittances; -Preparation of T1 Personal, Rental, and Sole proprietor returns; -Preparation of working paper files; -Setting up accounting files and assisting in taking over existing files;

• Assisting in administrative duties as required

Requirements

Bookkeeping 1 year (Preferred) BILINGUALISM: Urdu, Hindi, and English (spoken & written)

• accounting: 1 year (preferred)

What we offer

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
