📝 Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Center Manager to lead daily operations while actively providing massage therapy services. This hybrid role combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on wellness expertise to ensure smooth shop operations and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service quality

Supervise and support massage therapists and staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

Maintain hygiene standards, manage linen replacement, and sterilize equipment

Provide massage services listed in the brochure, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, and deep tissue techniques

Consult with clients to recommend appropriate treatments

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health regulations

Accept all assigned clients and tasks without refusal

Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and customer interaction

✅ Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in massage therapy and wellness operations

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Proficient in foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage

Able to work long hours and on public holidays

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Comfortable working with diverse clientele

Flat salary (no commission)
