Spa Supervisor

Your tasks

Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, support, and monitor spa therapists to maintain high performance and professionalism. Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest concerns appropriately. Monitor spa cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Manage stock levels, treatment supplies, and operational inventory. Support promotional activities and help drive revenue growth. Prepare reports on operations, staff performance, and spa activities. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. Domiciled in Bali. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operational procedures. Service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
