PRODUCTION MANAGER

Food Production Manager Job Requirements: Good knowledge of food factory processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating, and food preservation. Minimum of three (8) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Willingness to work on a permanent night shift. Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively as a factory manager. Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and proper storage procedures. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth operational flow from the factory to retail outlets. Comfortable working in a cold room while wearing the required protective equipment. Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs is mandatory.
