Engineer

Key Responsibility

• Action and prioritize maintenance request according to the level of urgency and importance.
• Maintain the function, physical appearance and operational efficiency of the outlet including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
• Assist with special events and project as directed by the operation manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Engineer or Maintenance Technician.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industry is preferred.
• Willing to travel between outlets if required.
