*Duties*

• Safely operate commercial trucks in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance needs are addressed.
• Secure freight properly for transit to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to ensure vehicle readiness.

*Requirements*

• Valid AZ commercial driver?s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with heavy equipment operation.
• Certification or experience operating forklifts and other loading machinery.
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency.
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads, operate machinery, and work in various weather conditions.
