We have redefined the culinary scene with our legendary formula: original Neapolitan pizza made with premium-quality ingredients directly from Italy, a dough that rests for up to 72 hours, and a baking time of exactly 60 seconds at 485 degrees. At the end of November 2026, we will open our very first Dutch location in the heart of Amsterdam at Spuistraat 291. Your Mission Behind the Bar:

• Craft & Pour: Masterfully prepare cold and hot beverages, ranging from high-end classic and signature cocktails to specialty coffees.
• Service Flow: Take ownership of the bar area, ensuring a seamless, structured, and professional workflow.
• Prep & Organization: Handle daily opening and closing routines to set the venue and the service team up for success.
• Quality Control: Maintain an immaculate workstation, strictly upholding top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards.

60 seconds to napoli is arriving in the Netherlands. In Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, 60STN has grown into an award-winning brand with cult status surrounding Neapolitan pizza. Now a new chapter begins: Amsterdam will be our first Dutch location, followed shortly by Rotterdam.

What do we stand for? Dough that rests for up to 72 hours. An oven at 485°C. Approximately 60 seconds of baking time. San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte from Campania, and no compromises on quality. #bestpizzaintown is not a modest ambition for us; it is the standard we strive for every single day.

For 60 seconds to napoli Amsterdam, we are looking for bartenders who understand that a good evening doesn't end with the pizza. You bring tempo, taste, and personality behind the bar and help set the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

This is what you will do: You prepare cold and hot drinks, cocktails, and our specials with attention and tempo.

You ensure the bar runs smoothly during the entire shift.

You handle the preparation and closing of the bar.

You monitor quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

You work closely with service and kitchen to give guests a strong total experience.

The Languages: Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus, and skills in German or Italian are very welcome!
