About the Client

We are looking for reinforcement for an established player in the field of regional infrastructure and energy supply. The company specializes in the planning and realization of sustainable facilities and is deeply rooted in the region. Tasks

• Independent Cash Management: Holistic control, monitoring, and optimization of daily liquidity planning as well as cash flows for a portfolio of complex project companies.
• Participation in Large-scale Financing: Preparation, structuring, and support of long-term project financing and investment loan agreements in the double-digit million range.
• Interface to Financial Partners: Professional management of relationships with banks, Sparkassen, and financing partners, including ensuring ongoing covenants reporting.
• Rolling Forecasts & Reporting: Further development of Treasury reports as well as the creation of sound financial forecasts as a strategic decision-making basis for the commercial management.
• Financial Analyses: Execution of profitability calculations, ad-hoc analyses, and variance analyses to minimize risk in project business.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics (e.g., BWL with a focus on finance)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Treasury
• Sound knowledge in liquidity and cash flow management
• Analytical skills, teamwork, solution-oriented way of working, and strong communication skills
• Very good English skills
