Technical Consultant (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Technical consulting (by telephone and online)
- Processing of orders in the area of repairs and spare parts
- Warranty processing
- Customer communication domestic and international
- Preparation of offers
- Appointment and capacity planning for repair orders
- Responsibility for compliance with deadlines and budgets
- Creation of repair instructions and service information
You should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Completed training in the commercial or industrial sector
- Good IT skills
- Good English skills
