Waitress

Job Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customers’ orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required. Serve food and beverages promptly. Clear and clean tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally. Assist with cashier duties and other restaurant operations when required. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Requirements No experience required; training will be provided. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. Previous restaurant or F&B experience will be an advantage. Working Conditions Full-time & part-time position. Shift work may be required. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
