Scheduler Southern Housing TEMP TO PERM PAYE: £15.81 per hour 5 days per week onsite Maidstone Role Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for residents and contractors. Allocate jobs to the appropriate operatives and contractors based on availability, location and required skills. Manage and update the repairs scheduling system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Liaise with residents, contractors, operatives and internal teams to arrange and confirm appointments.
