Senior Product Owner (remote)
An opportunity is arising at 4MK for a Senior Product Owner. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities and assignments · Mapping and management of functionality together with development teams using agile methodologies; · Interaction with clients and stakeholders to understand and document demands for software projects; · Understanding and gathering functional requirements and User stories, negotiating and meeting business expectations; · Product backlog management, planning sprints and releases together with the teams; · Interface with technical teams for product maintenance. · Define product functionalities (Product Backlog); · Adjust functionalities and priorities each Sprint, as necessary; · Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible and transparent to everyone; · Ensure that the Development Team understands the Product Backlog items at the necessary level; · Decide the release date and Release content; · Accept or Reject work results.
Requirements and qualifications · Completed higher education in Engineering, Design, Information Technology or related fields; · Use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); · Agile projects and Product and Systems Implementation; · Experience in analytics projects; · Organization and management of technical-functional roadmap for applications and solutions; · Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and directors; · Ability to reconcile several account management projects at once, while maintaining attention to detail; · Certifications in Project Management, Product Ownership, or PM will be differentiators; · Mandatory Fluency in the English language for acting in a Global project.
