Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site. Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule. Ensure construction work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, materials and progress. Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively. Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe. Requirements Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
