Physical Analysis Technician M/F

Reporting to the Technological Analysis Laboratory Manager, within the Quality Group, you will be responsible for performing simple analyses (Flow1 type module, qualified PCB) in compliance with ESD regulations and Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment rules.

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

Perform micro sections for production quality monitoring

• Prepare samples (cutting, embedding)
• Use equipment (polisher, saw) to perform metallographic sections

• Analyze samples under an optical microscope
• Control raw materials (Circuit imprimé, grille, pin.)

• Control production quality
• Identify non-conformities according to procedures and space standards

• Archive samples according to analysis request numbers
• Respect deadlines

Write reports

• Incorporate photos and measurements according to the report template associated with the modules/components, add comments if necessary

Holding a Bac+2 degree such as a BTS, you have at least one year of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector.

Your technical skills:

• Master the preparation of metallographic sections
• Use observation equipment (binocular, optical microscope)

• Read technical documents in English
• Use computer systems and office tools

• Use computer software (ERP...)

You have a sense of autonomy and rigor. You demonstrate curiosity. Possessing good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team.
