New Product Design Project Manager M/F

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and entrusted business in compliance with contractual commitments with customers and the applicable 3D PLUS work framework. You will be in charge of product developments from the project kickoff meeting to the delivery of qualified products. Responsible for several projects in parallel, you will be in charge of customer relations as well as the daily operational management of project teams.

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Participate in pre-project work, negotiate specifications, and assist in contractual negotiations with customers, jointly with the sales manager,
• Define and ensure compliance with development plans and budgets for your projects, integrating a risk analysis,

• Operationally manage multidisciplinary project teams to guarantee the success of the development, manufacturing, and validation testing of products,
• Define, write, or validate documents relating to the development of new products: Development Plan, product assurance plan, feasibility study, architecture study, justification file, radiation analyses, electrical analyses, thermal, mechanical, bill of materials, components, processes, review documentation, test plan, test report, detailed product specifications.

• Coordinate contractual and technical exchanges with customers, sales representatives, subcontractors, and operational units involved in the entrusted projects,
• Organize and hold internal project reviews/milestones and participate in equipment reviews organized by Customers,

• Implement corrective actions in case of technical or organizational difficulties,
• Participate in the definition and development of the 3D PLUS product strategy (roadmap).

A graduate of an engineering school or holding a PhD in the field of electronics, you have at least 10 years of experience in a Project Manager position related to embedded electronic equipment (hardware), ideally in the space domain and in an international environment.

Your technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of electronics, thermal, mechanics, and the effect of radiation on electronic components
• Good knowledge of MS Project

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

You have good analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate pragmatism and adaptability. You have a sense of responsibility and commitment to customers. Possessing strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and have the ability to unite teams.
