Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and design Composable Digital Architecture aligned with business objectives, focusing on modular and reusable PBCs (Packaged Business Capabilities);
• Direct and orchestrate the integration between platforms, applications, and AI agents using APIs, middlewares, REST, GraphQL, and protocols such as MCP and A2A;
• Act as an architectural facilitator for Fusion Teams, governing the use of Low-code/No-code platforms and iPaaS in a secure manner;
• Create data pipelines and design architectures based on patterns such as Data Lake, Data Mesh, and ETL/ELT, providing context for language models;
• Apply A/B tests (control group) to measure the effective return of the model;
• Create patterns, guidelines, and document structural technical decisions through ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), serving as the guardian of the technical design;
• Lead "Buy vs. Build" decisions, issuing technical opinions based on cost, deadline, and adherence to the company's technological ecosystem;
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to evaluate the feasibility of new technologies (AI, NoSQL databases, automation platforms) before large-scale adoption.

Requirements and qualifications

Education

• Completed Higher Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, or similar (Desirable).

Necessary

• Solid mastery of Gartner's Composable Enterprise pillars.
• Experience in Architecture Design (SOA, Microservices, Serverless, MASA, and EDA).
• Robust experience in Systems Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, and middlewares).
• Advanced knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to architect hybrid solutions.
• Consolidated Information Security practices for integration and data protection (OAuth, JWT).
• Advanced English (reading and listening) (Research, documentation, and events).

Desirable

• Solid knowledge in AI orchestration protocols (MCP and A2A) and Multi-agent AI Architectures.
• Architecture Certifications (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, SAFe, or similar).
