Senior Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) (Specialist in Payroll and Salary)

To expand our 3CON HR team at our headquarters in Ebbs near Kufstein, we are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) for 32 hours per week or more.

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll/salary accounting.
• Competent contact person for all queries regarding payroll/salary accounting as well as wage tax and social security law topics.

• Maintenance of personnel master data and time management data in the respective systems.
• Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, evaluations, statistics, and provisions.

• Further development of the payroll/salary accounting and the associated processes.
• Support of the international locations in Mexico, USA, and China in personnel administration.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (HAK/HBLA/HLW).
• Successfully completed payroll accounting examination and sound knowledge of labor law.

• Several years of experience in payroll and salary accounting.
• An independent, structured personality with a strong service, solution, and result orientation and high integrity and discretion.

• Active team player with very good communication skills and learning agility.
• Good MS-Office and English skills.
