Payroll Accountant

Full-time or part-time, 32 to 38.5 hours/week, by arrangement

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting
• Competent contact person for all queries regarding payroll accounting as well as wage tax and social security law topics
• Maintenance of personnel master data and time management data in the respective systems
• Creation of employment contracts, confirmations, evaluations, statistics, and provisions
• Further development of payroll accounting and the associated processes
• Support for the international locations Mexico, USA, and China in personnel administration

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (HAK/HBLA/HLW)
• Successfully completed payroll accountant examination and sound knowledge of labor law
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting
• An independent, structured personality with a strong service, solution, and result orientation and high integrity and discretion
• Active team player with very good communication skills and learning agility
• Good MS Office and English skills
