Research And Development Engineer

Handle and execute customized customer requests related to lighting products and luminaires.

Participate in the design, development, and modification of lighting fixtures based on customer requirements.

Conduct photometric, optical, and functional testing for lighting products.

Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Evaluate and select suitable LEDs, drivers, optical components, and other electronic components according to product requirements.

Review component and driver datasheets to ensure technical and specification compliance.

Coordinate technically with suppliers and component manufacturers regarding product requirements, samples, and technical issues.

Research available components and supplier offerings to identify the most suitable technical solutions.

Support troubleshooting and problem-solving related to lighting products and customer requirements.

Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation .

Ensure that developed products and modifications meet the required technical, optical, and quality standards .

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering .

Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience , preferably in the lighting industry.

Very Good command of English , both written and spoken.

Basic understanding of LED technology and lighting fundamentals .

Basic knowledge of photometric and optical terminology .

Basic knowledge of engineering design and drafting software.

Familiarity with lighting simulation software such as DIALux is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

Excellent communication and coordination skills .

High attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
