Tasks

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals interested in building companies in the energy and climate space together with ThirtyEight Capital.

This is not a traditional operating role with predefined responsibilities.

nstead, the goal is to jointly identify, validate and potentially build scalable and profitable businesses from scratch.

SME-focused climate solutions

Installation & service infrastructure

Energy optimization

Building technology & modernization

You might already:

have identified inefficiencies in the market

be exploring your own ideas or theses

have industry experience

or want to start a company but are looking for the right partner and setup

Requirements

We are less focused on traditional CVs and more interested in entrepreneurial potential, ownership mentality and strong execution capabilities.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

Energy / HVAC / heating industry experience

Experience in installation, operations or field services

Commercial or sales-heavy backgrounds

Entrepreneurial or startup experience

Strong operational mindset

Technical understanding of energy-related systems

You do not need to have founded a company before.

What matters most:
