Job Summary
We seek a proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources & Administration to lead people strategy, enhance culture and support regional workforce growth through effective HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit to ensure smooth transitions and compliance
- Lead talent acquisition by sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding candidates to meet organizational needs
- Develop and refine HR policies, processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles to drive employee development and accountability
- Design and implement employee engagement, retention and development initiatives to enhance workforce satisfaction
- Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations and people-related issues effectively
- Promote and reinforce a positive, inclusive and high-performance organizational culture
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events and culture initiatives to foster collaboration
- Champion company values to support organizational growth and alignment
- Conduct comprehensive employee orientation and induction programs to facilitate integration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and positive experiences
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with policies
- Support office administration, vendor coordination and operational activities to maintain workplace efficiency
- Execute general administrative duties and special projects as assigned to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs)
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, employee engagement, culture building and people management
- Experience managing employees from diverse cultural and national backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
