Senior Buyer - Exp. in CEDIS or 3PL warehouse

Important company in the logistics sector is looking to incorporate a Senior Buyer into its team with experience in commercial negotiation, national and international purchasing, and supplier development. We are looking for a professional capable of identifying savings opportunities, negotiating competitive conditions, and ensuring the timely supply of equipment, machinery, computers, furniture, and supplies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage requisitions, quotes, and national and international purchase orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers and develop a national network that allows for the optimization of costs and freight.
• Participate in tenders and evaluate commercial proposals.
• Follow up on the budget, KPIs, deliveries, and supplier invoices.
• Verify documentation and compliance with applicable requirements for suppliers, including REPSE when applicable.
• Conduct supplier visits and national travel according to operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in logistics, transport, distribution, or warehouses.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CFDI, Accounts Payable, and budget control.
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with international suppliers.
• Availability to travel within the Mexican Republic.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
