Salary: £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£45-50,000+ OTE)

Due to fantastic growth we are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join the team in our Rotherham showroom. This isn’t a “standing around” retail role. You’ll be part of a busy showroom where customers are actively looking to buy, giving you the opportunity to maximise conversions and increase order values.

The Role As a Retail Sales Consultant , you’ll be at the centre of the customer experience on the showroom floor, helping customers find the right products while driving strong sales performance.

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying journey.
• Close Sales: Confidently present products, overcome objections, and close big-ticket deals.
• Maximise Opportunities: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value.
• Team Environment: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain a high-energy, target-driven but supportive showroom culture.
