*Part-Time Sales Associate *

*Downtown Location | Free Private Parking | 10?16 Hours/Week*

We are seeking a *professional, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate* to join our retail team.

Our store specializes in *clothing and equipment for law enforcement, first responders, security professionals, and other public safety personnel*, including duty clothing, tactical equipment, protective gear, bullet-resistant vests, and related products.

*Schedule*

• *Tuesday:* 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
• *Friday:* 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
• *Every second Saturday:* 10:00 AM ? 4:00 PM

*Total: 10?16 hours per week*

*Key Responsibilities*

• Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate clothing, equipment, and protective products
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our product range and specifications
• Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain an organized and professional sales floor
• Receive, organize, and restock merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and stock counts
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and as required by email
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and readily available
• Perform general retail and administrative duties as required

*Qualifications*

• Professional *English communication* skills, both written and verbal
• Previous *retail, sales, or customer service experience* is preferred
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning detailed product information
• Experience or knowledge related to *law enforcement, first responder, security, or protective equipment* is an asset

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
